Suzanne J Farmer, Ph.D.

Dr. Suzanne J Farmer is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and organization development professional with over 10 years corporate and consulting experience in various industries, including consumer packaged goods, high-tech, bio-tech, pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing, telecommunications, chemical and law enforcement.

Suzanne has a rich background with industry-leading Fortune 100 companies, heading up individual and organization assessment and development efforts, as well as team-building, change management, communication and culture initiatives. She is known for providing savvy guidance around maximizing individual strengths, and strategically navigating corporate waters. In particular, Suzanne has gained deep experience in:

  • Change management and organizational effectiveness
  • Streamlined communication process and technology implementation

Suzanne earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and her B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the International Association of Business Communicators. Her award-winning assessment and selection research is published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and she is also published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, and the Journal of Occupational and Health Psychology. In addition, Suzanne has presented at various professional conferences and business speaker panels throughout her career.
