The Catalyst: Executive Program is a three month process that begins with gaining awareness and insight via an in-depth work experience interview, 360 degree feedback survey, personality and work-style inventories as well as role-play and mental ability testing.
The feedback you receive will then be distilled into a focused action plan that you and your manager will gain alignment around. Catalyst will also provide ongoing coaching to ensure that you have all the guidance and support you need as you implement your development plan.
